Refund policy

We hope you love your Safe Sisters order, but if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions. Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
